 Hi

This post goes out to Kelvin which left a remark about the HP pen drive.

First of all, May I state that there are 100’s of brands out there which have the manufacturing or OEM capability of producing a Pen drive, Thus the technology emphasize on it is of a simple and not complex system. Making a statement of HP clocking the slowest transfer rate among your bias selected few brands does not proves a worthy comparison. Benchmarking Hewlett Packard against other RAM manufacturers is the same as taking McDonald’s vs Sushi King then claiming a result which yields McDonalds make better western food.

Please bear in mind that Hewlett Packard’s core business is not into the Pen drive industry, it is their Industrial Standards Server and Commercial products which generates the highest revenue every financial year end.

One of the reasons which consumers must take into consideration is the Reliability and VALUE for money when faced with a decision to purchase a non-branded/branded IT accessory. The reason why I caps “VALUE” because it means “best worth your money” and not the cheapest shit out in the market.

OEM Vendors produces thousands and thousands of pen drive each day, in that cycle of Mass production, is it safe to say that every single Pen drive will be put to QC and it will pass all rigorous test and quality defined by CE or FCC.

At least, if you purchased HP branded OEM pen drive, the comfort that’s comes with that name is that HP has done all necessary QC before releasing it to the market.

No doubt you may a premium price for the product, but that price is what you call “VALUE” for your money.

Lastly, the list price is RM288 but the selling price is RM150 for 128MB RAM. It only differs a couple of Ringgit. You claim like as though it will cost you your soul to get one.

Yours truly,

The backend advertiser.

I'd really love to duke it out with you on the merits and demerits on this particular product, but look, I really don't give a rat's ass. We're friends, and I'm not gonna argue over this stupid little thing with you, which is why I didn't reply on her blog in the first place. Matter of fact, I didn't even make it known who it was I was quoting till you made it obvious.

I love you OK? The backend writer offers a stained jar of fairy dust as a peace offering.
